Minimalist techno balanced against trance — fast-paced, high-energy sets built as introspective journeys from jittery melodies, minimal grooves and experimental edges, while the productions range wider still, from hard-hitting uptempo to glitchy IDM and ambient. Lorenzo Lacchesi grew up surrounded by his parents' CDs, studied piano, played bass in bands, and found electronic music at fifteen through the French Touch; sound engineering and a stint at Radio France followed, then a first techno label, Péché Mignon. As Lacchesi the focus turned to warehouse techno, refined through the Parisian scene, and he co-founded Maison Close — home to the LPs "P*NK" (2021) and "Based On A True Story" (2024). Records have also gone to Mama Told Ya, EXTRA ENERGY, Matière, BCCO and Bipolar Disorder.
