A leading figure of Icelandic contemporary techno, born and raised in Reykjavik and now based in Copenhagen. Since his acclaimed 1999 debut — a collaboration with Icelandic techno legend Exos on Force Inc — Ohm has released a steady stream of techno on labels like Thule, Rawax and Kontakt. His distinctive sound draws on Detroit, dub and classic minimal techno, reduced and rough but full of emotional, surprising moments.
