An intricate, contemporary take on techno that never loses touch with the genre's essence — Detroit, Berlin and UK pioneers filtered through post-punk, wave, EBM and electro. After the "Next Of Kin" album on Black Sun Records, a turn toward classic hardware synths and outboard effects produced an analogue-oriented practice and EPs for Soma, SK_Eleven, Stockholm LTD and Planet Rhythm, plus the gimmick-free Phaaar as an outlet for his own music. He plays vinyl-only sets across fast rhythms, industrial atmospheres and dubbed-out pulses, and holds a residency at Fuse, his hometown's legendary venue. A 2022 live show took the Korg EMX-1 from studio to main stage, showing how much can be done with little.
