British producer Paul Rose, founder of the influential Hotflush Recordings, who emerged from London's dubstep scene and Rinse FM before moving through abstract electronica, jacking house and cavernous techno (also recording as SCB). Hotflush launched Mount Kimbie, George FitzGerald and Sepalcure and put out era-defining records like Joy Orbison's Hyph Mngo; Scuba has released several albums, a DJ-Kicks mix and run a night at Berghain.
