Dark, experimental electronics with post-punk still in the roots. Manos Simotas began the project in Athens in 2012 with Emperor Black on tape, moved through several genres and settled into his own voice, with records for Instruments Of Discipline, Veleno Viola, BITE, Amok Tapes and Strange Therapy. Now Berlin-based and a mainstay of the city's clubs, he holds a residency at Constant Value in Seoul and has played across Europe, Asia and South America. He also founded Liber Null Berlin, both a record label and a conceptual event series that has staged performance art and music in Athens, Paris, Tokyo and Seoul.
