Hard Times continues sharing the new music DJ Romain entrusted to the label before his death earlier this year. Made after his move from New Jersey to Cleveland, this EP completes a trio that began with the ‘New Jersey’ and ‘Cleveland’ EPs. The title track swaggers on horns, ‘I Like 2 Boogie’ settles into a soulful groove, ‘This Is Where I Wanna Be’ is deep and organ-led, and ‘The Chocolates’ closes on an uplifting, guitar-laced boogie jam.
