Jazzy harmonies over wicked underground beats — soulful house made from the soul, as he puts it, and circulated far. Producing since 1993, working with vocalists including Caron Wheeler, Robert Owens, Kenny Bobien, Monique Bingham, Omar and Hugh Masekela. He founded GOGO Music in 2001, which became one of Germany's most reputable soulful-house labels and was pivotal to the international breakthrough of Black Coffee, then emigrated from Germany to South Africa in 2012. Three albums followed: Uniting Music, Never Leaves You — which went gold in South Africa — and In My City, which entered at number one on iTunes there and was named its Best Dance Album of 2014.
